I wish the distinctions were explained more to the general public. Such as the idea that many Hispanics vote Republican. But I think if someone took the time to explain how that is, they'd probably find that most Hispanics who vote Republican are Cuban-American. They're so freaked by Castro and their ancestors' problems in Cuba, anything "socialist" they run from screaming. We're not a homogenous group. But then, who is? *g*
