Movie Poster meme Day 2

There’s been a Book Cover Meme, and then an Album Cover Meme. It struck me that the next logical step would be a Movie Poster Meme, so here we go.

No nomination required, though I hope plenty of people play along. Just post posters of seven movies you love - one poster a day for a week. There is to be no explanations or reviews, just the posters.

The Nun's Story

I also liked her in Sabrina and Roman Holiday, but the attraction of his movie was more the subject matter. I was six when we went to see it, and what little Catholic girl doesn't want to become a nun? *g*

*shudder* I was sent to a boarding parochial school in Tucson when I was 10, and when one postulant asked me if I thought I had a vocation I couldn't get the word "NO!" out of my mouth fast enough. Maybe 10 is too old. (It was an Episcopalian convent, but close enough. They wore white habits, and blue veils - dark blue for postulants, medium blue for novices, light blue for professed, and white for the Mother Superior.)

I may do the movie poster meme soon. I've been playing catchup after being away for a few days.

Yeah, I think by ten the attraction has faded. I went to a parochial school for first and second grade, so was just getting indoctrinated when I saw the movie. By the time I was ten my dad had been cursed by the priest, and religion was in the rear view mirror.

Hope you do the meme. I'd love to see what you consider your favorite movies.
