Mount TBR 2018

Mount TBR 2018

Mount TBR 2018 Sign-up

It's that time again. And once again I'm accepting the challenge.

Challenge Levels:

Pike's Peak: Read 12 books from your TBR pile/s
Mount Blanc: Read 24 books from your TBR pile/s
Mt. Vancouver: Read 36 books from your TBR pile/s
Mt. Ararat: Read 48 books from your TBR piles/s
Mt. Kilimanjaro: Read 60 books from your TBR pile/s
El Toro: Read 75 books from your TBR pile/s
Mt. Everest: Read 100 books from your TBR pile/s
Mount Olympus (Mars): Read 150+ books from your TBR pile/s

I'm pretty sure I'm going to make my goal this year, which is Mt. Ararat, but just barely, so I'm not going to try for anything higher. So, Mount Ararat, it is.

Here's most of the books for my Mount, but I've added a few more just to be on the safe side. Every so often I run into one that there's no way I'm going to finish. So, wish me luck!

Yay, awesome! I'm doing the challenge again, too. It really helped me read more than I otherwise would have. (But I'm still missing the reviews for the last two. And I am still reading 11/12, which is a double edition so I can't separate them - but I'm not sure I'll manage it until the end of the year. Well, I'm pretty sure I won't. But I got really close!)

That's great! And even if you don't reach your goal (which I probably won't this year by one or two books,) it's still a great way to clear out your library. And any book started in 2017 can be used for your 2018 pile, just as long as you're not more than half way done, which I'm pretty sure is where I'm going to be with thelong book I'm reading. Anyway, good luck on your climb! *g*
